Embracing Change
Colleen Stegenga founded Embracing Change Counseling Services after a rich lifetime of hard work, education and helping others. From working in the public school setting, to social worker, and finally to her own therapy services, she offers support and guidance to those seeking a safe space to be themselves and express thoughts and feelings without judgment. Clients served range from age 12 on up. Colleen especially enjoys working with young girls and women who have struggled with finding their confidence and using their voice to reveal their truth.
Everyone deserves to feel the warm comfort of family while they make their own journey through embracing change. Colleen provides that comfort with compassion, integrity, and the resources necessary to make growth a possibility.
